Course Description

The direct pathway to Cardiff University

Secondary School => Foundation Program => 1st Year of Bachelor Degree 

Learn more about how humans can work in harmony with the natural world and choose to progress to a degree in Architecture, Environmental Geography, an engineering subject, or others.

There are five routes for this program:

  • Architecture
  • Chemistry
  • Computing
  • Earth and Ocean Sciences or Engineering
  • Physics and Mathematics

Course modules could include Fundamental Programming Concepts, Design Thinking and Idea Generation, and Geology and Environmental Science.

Entry Requirements

Academic Requirements 

Good high school graduation grades, or equivalent (Maths or a numerate subject is required for all degree aims except for Architecture.

English Language Requirement

Academic IELTS for UKVI 5.0 (minimum 5.0 in writing)
